A typical session

Relaxed and fun learning in a small group

The morning session starts in a relaxed fashion getting to know each other over a cup of coffee and eating home made breads and jams. With only 6 people to a group the atmosphere is always informal and easy going with lots of time for questions, hints and tips.

After a short introductory talk we then move into making the first of the doughs. If for example you take the bread making course you'll then be shaping and cooking your Bagels (which you'll eat later for lunch). After a mid morning break, with lots of teas / coffees and biscuits, it'll be back to kneading and shaping various doughs before a delicious lunch.

The afternoon session involves baking the breads and buns you prepared in the morning plus making a "Show Stopper". Following another break it'll be time to get the final breads out of the oven.
